h777 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Obligations

By accessing h777 at https://h777.life, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and h777. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by h777, including sports betting (cricket, football, virtual sports), live casino games (Teen Patti, Roulette, card games), VIP Club membership and all bonus and promotional offers. Where separate game-specific or promotion-specific rules exist, those rules supplement these Terms and Conditions — in the event of a conflict, the more specific rule applies.

Your continued use of h777 following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. h777 will notify registered members of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

h777 is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. h777 is an 18+ platform with zero tolerance for underage access or use.
• You are accessing h777 from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party, business or employer.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period on h777 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an h777 employee in a role with access to operational data.

h777 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a member's use of the platform. Where h777 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated by an ineligible account may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on h777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update your account information promptly if any of your details change. h777 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact h777 support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered during your session.
• Never access h777 on a shared or public device without logging out completely afterwards.
• Do not save your password in browsers you share with other people.

All financial transactions on h777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h777 does not hold or process funds in any foreign currency. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Deposits: The minimum deposit on h777 is Rs 200. Supported methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard. h777 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which h777 is not responsible. Deposit funds are credited to your h777 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider — this is typically instantaneous for mobile wallet methods.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by h777 in the order they are received. Standard processing time is within 24 hours for all methods. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within minutes of being processed. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one working day after processing. VIP Gold and Platinum members benefit from priority withdrawal queues with faster processing guarantees.

Anti-Money Laundering: h777 operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into your account or that are verified as belonging to you. h777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Suspicious transaction patterns will be investigated and may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals cannot exceed your available balance minus any active bonus wagering requirement.
• h777 does not charge withdrawal fees; network or provider fees are the member's responsibility.
• Funds that are subject to pending bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the requirement is met.

All bets placed on h777 are governed by the applicable game or sport rules in force at the time the bet is confirmed. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the odds and selections displayed and accept the terms of that specific wager. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed, except where h777 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit option for a specific market.

Cricket Betting: Cricket matches abandoned without a result (and without a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern ruling) result in void bets and stake refunds. In-play markets that have been fully completed before abandonment are settled based on actual results. Live bet acceptance is subject to network latency — h777 does not accept liability for bets submitted in error due to connection delays experienced on the user's device or network.

Football and Virtual Sports: Football bets follow standard international rules including extra time and penalty shootouts where specified in the market description. Virtual sports events use certified RNG software and results are final immediately upon event completion. No appeals on virtual sports outcomes are entertained.

Obvious Errors: h777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error due to human input mistakes or technical system errors, provided the error was obvious at the time of placement. Where h777 cancels bets on this basis, the full stake is returned to the member's account.

h777 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, accumulator insurance and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are communicated alongside the offer. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by promotion-specific terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on h777 bonuses is 10x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion.
• Eligible Markets: Bonus funds can be used on qualifying markets only. Wagering on Roulette, certain side bet markets and some low-margin markets may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded from bonus wagering. Each promotion clearly specifies eligible products.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active deposit bonus at a time. New deposits made while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus until the active bonus is either completed or forfeited.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome deposit match bonus of up to Rs 25,000 is available to new members on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device and IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: h777 monitors for bonus abuse including matched betting, arbitrage strategies that exploit promotional funds, and coordinated multi-account wagering. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses voided and may be restricted from future promotions.

h777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online betting and gaming carry real financial risk — you can lose real PKR. h777 encourages all members to view gaming as entertainment and to set firm limits on their spending before each session.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all h777 members free of charge through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that h777 will enforce automatically.
• Session Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable notifications that display your net result at regular intervals during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all h777 products. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Take a Break: Pause your account for a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without formal self-exclusion.

h777 will honour self-exclusion requests within one hour of submission during operational hours. During a self-exclusion period, h777 will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. The following actions are expressly prohibited on h777 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Creating more than one account, whether using your own or another person's details.
2. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access markets or interact with the h777 platform.
4. Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or miscalculated odds to generate profit that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
5. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption related to events on which bets are placed on h777.
6. Using proceeds of illegal activity to fund your h777 account (money laundering).
7. Allowing a third party to place bets on your account on your behalf (account sharing).
8. Attempting to manipulate the outcome of live casino games including through collusion with other players.
9. Harassing, threatening or abusing h777 support staff or other members through any communication channel.

All content on h777 — including the h777 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials and written content — is the intellectual property of h777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the h777 platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any h777 content without prior written permission from h777. Scraping, data harvesting or systematic extraction of odds, content or user data from h777 by automated means is expressly prohibited.

h777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While h777 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party service failures and other circumstances beyond h777's control may cause temporary unavailability.

h777's liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower. h777 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages including lost profits, missed betting opportunities or data loss.

h777 is not liable for the accuracy of pre-match statistics, live score data, commentary or any informational content displayed on the platform. This information is provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any betting decision. Always verify important match information through an independent source.

h777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, your obligations or the core services provided — h777 will notify registered members via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes (such as correction of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter existing rights, or the addition of new game categories) may be made at any time without prior notice. The version number and date at the top of this document will always reflect the current in-force version.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, your remedy is to close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of h777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to h777's operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through h777's internal process shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in h777's licensing agreement.
